CHAPTER 104 PRIVATE AUCTION 15 APRIL 2012

Below is a link to the Sellers Form to be used by you for our Auction. Please note that this is to be completed and returned to the Secretary Michael Bauer by Saturday 17 March 2012 for items to be accepted in the auction. The form can be
" Down-loaded as a Word file/PDF, printed, completed and then posted to the secretary.
" Down-loaded as a word file, completed on screen and emailed to Paul Ferris at
" paul-ferris@westnet.com.au
If no amount is placed in the reserve box of the form then a reserve of $ 5.00 will be assumed.
Members will be able to bring a family member or friend as a guest or guests as day members for this auction in line with the NAWCC guidelines. (A day membership fee of $ 20 will apply)

As occurred in previous years, member's items with a reserve value in excess of $ 500, may place a photo on the Chapter web site. Please contact Norman Heckenberg for details on 38701619 or at heckenberg@physics.uq.edu.au. We will be advising other chapters of the auction details.

Good news, we have passed our target of 450 items, thanks to everyone who has submitted items for the auction. The following times will apply to this years auction:
Saturday 14th April 10am to 6pm. Check in and browsing.
Sunday 15th April 7.30am to 9am. Check in and browsing, 9.30 am auction starts, 12.30pm to 1.15pm lunch.

Please check in items on Saturday where possible.
Meals will be available at a cost of $11. Meal tickets will be sold by Mike Ward before the auction starts. Please bring correct money. If you would like a meal, for catering purposes, please call or email Mike Ward by 12 April 2012 on 33003468 or MG.WARD@YAHOO.COM.AU
